YieldMax Filling about Weekly Distributions:
YieldMax ETFs are changing the distribution pattern on their popular ETFs YMAG and YMAX. According to an SEC filing on 9/11/2024, the two funds will now pay a weekly rather than a monthly distribution. This is exciting news for investors who are attracted to these products based on distribution rates.
Remember, that after reviewing the filling, the ETFs are not changing their structure and will still hold the same securities. The only change is the fund will now pay out the monthly distribution in 4 installments/ weekly. The distribution rate and dollar amount will not change.

The income option ETF space is competitive, on the same day Defiance ETF, known for similar structured ETF products, released a SEC statement claiming a similar distribution structure for QQQY, IWMY, JEPY
